We are one of the few Christian based Childcare centers in the area.  53% of parents nationally are associated with a faith based childcare center and yet less than 10% of centers are faith based. We are here to serve children with the love of God.

Our Co-Directors, Ms. Linda Bartlett and Ms. Carolyn Joseph.  A little about us: Ms. Linda has worked in the preschool setting for 30 years, with us at The Heights Learning Center since 2015! Ms. Carolyn has been the children’s pastor at Richmond Heights Nazarene Church and working with The Heights Learning Center since 2012. She has loved being able to help children grow! Our goal is to provide a loving and nurturing environment for staff and students to grow together in all areas of learning.

Our Classes

Infant/Toddlers

Our infants and toddlers have a huge space for developing their motor skills and to explore. Mrs. Marcy, our lead teacher with this group, has the gift of building individual connections with each of the children in her care. 

Age 2-3

Our 2 and 3 year old class starts moving the kids into a classroom setting with unique stations for exploration and social growth.  Our lead teacher, Mrs. Jen, has been with us since 2017 and uses creativity to enhance her class time.  If you pop in, you could find the kids dancing,  doing yoga moves, or creating some fun art project.  

Pre-K

Our Pre-K class, prepares our children with skills and abilities to be prepared for Kindergarten.  The environment is designed to encourage social interaction, learning, and confidence in their choices.  Mrs. Linda and Carolyn co-teach this class.  They are prepared and organized to help the kids enjoy each day.  

Summer School Age

Our Summer Program is designed for school-age kids.  It provides a safe place for summer, fun activities, and learning to keep their minds sharp. The children will enjoy the social interaction with kids their own age.
